Support, upgrade and download policy
Support is provided via email only. We do not provide telephone support as this would increase dramatically the cost of our products. In general we answer emails within a few hours if we receive them during UK business hours but please allow 24 hours. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours this almost certainly means our reply has been spam filtered so check your spam folder and ensure that vibralogix.com is white listed. Some ISP's delete emails they have flagged as spam so in this case we would advise contacting us from an alternative email and including a telephone number in case of further problems.
